Please write a reflection journal on the following:
For at least 2 days this week, practice 10+ minutes of yoga daily using anything you have learned from the video so far (breathing, meditation, posture). This can be at home, finding a special practice space for yourself. Some days it might need to be in transit or even in a public-use space. Describe your experience practicing. Be detailed: what type of practice did you use? Was it easy for you to find the time and space or was it challenging? What kinds of thoughts, feelings, and experiences came along with your practice? How did you feel before, during, and after? Did you miss any days and, if so, what stood in your way? Discuss the impact your daily practice had on you mentally, physically, and spiritually. (2 paragraphs minimum)
