Leaders are the person who helps to achieve business goals. In an organization, leaders have the power to develop a team and organizational goals and to control them as well. The followers of the leader help to achieve the organizational performance, motivate subordinates and contribute in decision making process (Akta et al., 2011). Stakeholders are the person who invest in the business and this investment depends more on companys leader.

Workplace bullying is defined as a continuous and unreasonable actions done by individual or a group of people against another employee with an aim to create risk to their lives and safety (Georgakopoulos et al., 2011). Workspace bullying encompasses exploitation or misuse of supremacy (Georgakopoulos et al., 2011). Bullying is a common problem in any organization. This can be done by employee to employee, employer to employee and leader to employee. When the superiors are given power they utilize them to control employees and direct them to achieve the set goals of the organization. Power is also used to solve disputes created with employees and stakeholders. Some leaders try to misuse the power and mistreat the employees and investors. Leadership is an excellent skill but it should be used towards the performance of the organization.

A set of values, expectations and practices developed to guide the team members on their actions and how to act within the organization is known as organizational culture (Tsai, 2011). Organizational culture leads performance improvements and positive atmosphere. Organizational culture can have positive or negative impact on business and productivity. A positive organizational culture can benefit the business in multiple ways such as increase in the performance, achieving the business goals, feedback on the discussions held in meetings, etc.

Leaders influence the employees and the way other people works around. Leadership skill is an important aspect of the organization as they have the responsibility towards the employee. Culture is something developed by the employees which also impacts leadership (Akta et al., 2011). Organizational culture which is positive and good will always contribute in business success as the reputation of the business is good to customers. There are some cultures which have bad repute can be constraints on leadership and it can also affect business productivity and performance.

Power and leadership
Power in leadership is the ability of a leader to influence their subordinates in their attitude and activities. This means that the leader in an organization has the ability to change the initial belief of their employee and make them do what they delegate. At times if power in an organization is not regulated, then the leaders may end up bullying the employees. Bullying is the excessive use of force on someone. If employees are forced to do something without their opinion being put into consideration. In short, the leaders are forcefully making them perform tasks they are not obligated to. In any organization, the most crucial thing is to ensure that quality is delivered to consumers so as to ensure their needs are satisfied. For this reason, it is very important to ensure employees remain productive in the organization. Bullying will lead to reduced productivity of employees since they are not doing their work passionately but instead, they are just doing the duties just to complete and they do not put so much consideration in delivering quality.
Organizational culture and productivity and
According to Bratton, (2020). culture is defined as the processes that take place in a workplace and the behavior that is expected from people working there. Depending on what culture the organization has set, employee productivity will increase or decrease. If the organization has a culture that prefers quality over quantity then the employees productivity will increase since they better spend so much time on something and ensure that it is quality rather than spending little time and delivering poor quality products. If the culture of the organization puts into consideration employees and empowers them, then it gives encourages employees to be innovative and makes the implementation of innovations in the organization very easy and successful.
Leadership and culture
It is impossible to separate leadership and culture, this is because leaders in the organization will have to align their style of leadership with the culture of the organization. In other terms, the organization determines the way the leaders they bring on board will conduct their tasks. For this reason, organizational culture greatly impacts culture in that if the organization has a good culture that supports leaders and gives them authority, then the leader will be able to deliver quality to the organization.
