Within the first 2 weeks of clinical, students should identify
four goals they want to accomplish with each clinical site. These goals should be measurable and achievable over a 15week period. The goals should be able to show progression from development of proficiency of basic skills to providing high quality primary care in the role of the NP by the end of the program. MAX 2 PAGES
