Write a 4-6 page paper on your understanding and development of your team communication style through this course. The paper should be very specific; your grade will be determined on how well you demonstrate understanding of the intersection of effective team building and effective communication strategies. The paper should focus on your personal learning, insights and real-world application, which is all based on course concepts. It should also include references to the textbooks, resources and personal assessments instruments. Your paper should be 4-6 pages (not including cover and reference pages) and should follow the APA guidelines. Submit this paper through Turn-It-In by Thursday,11:59pm, week 8. It will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Writing Mechanics: How effectively did you present and articulate the relevant and important elements of your learning experiences through the course.
