The complete model of leadership may have limitations in the current business environment with continuous technological advances creating changes in the market. With the paradigm shifts within organizations due to economic forces, political and technological, a new type of leadership is required in organizations that manage change. Preliminary field observations for performance leaders in connection with the transformational leadership style, information technology, innovation leaders, and organizational culture show progress. Information technology has a positive relationship with the innovation leader. It has been proven to logically describe the competence of the leading organization. It found that information technology can bring positive benefits to the innovation leaders to get accurate information to communicate properly. It suggested that the position of information technology has a positive relationship with leading innovations. The researcher used four leadership cadres to guide the study and deliberately chose a lens of traditional organizational theory (Gencer, & Samur, 2016).
It explained that the positive effect of information technology on leading innovation in the system of government can encourage consensus and a high-quality solution relative to each priority. Information technology has a significant effect on innovation leaders to create more creativity as a comparative advantage and promote a sense of responsibility. The information technology has an important effect on the performance of leaders to strengthen public management with the responsibility to serve the public professionally. Efforts to improve information technology to advanced innovations should develop a public service structure with a multimedia delivery mechanism to implement the regional development planning strategy. The success of the information technology in support of the leader of performance must be improved by improving the skills based on a systematic professional structure to systematically serve the community. A learning environment of the 21st century requires leadership with the ability to assess the effectiveness of technology to implement appropriate policies and to ensure the acquisition of knowledge and a genuine understanding through learning based on projects and opportunities for contextual learning (Mano et al, 2014).

After taking the assessment test, I realized that I am a participative/democratic leader. The results relate to me since I naturally like giving people a chance to speak out their minds and share ideas. I also naturally embrace teamwork and believe that every individual’s views are valid. The style of leadership will impact the technological tools that I will use since I will only utilize the tools that will improve my relationship with the team members and make their participation easy. For instance, will use the artificial intelligence voice tools to ensure that I am present in most of the meetings and that I get to where the viewpoints of the team members. Having understood the mind of the people that I lead, it will be easy to make major decisions. Automation is vital for it enables the accomplishment of major tasks in a shorter while, without the need of all participants to be there physically (Martin-dale, 2015). Since I believe in the input of team members’ ideas in major decision making, I will utilize language translators, so that employees from linguistic backgrounds can express themselves better.
I will use my leadership style in the organization to invite the participation of others in the team, especially during the making of major decisions. I will also encourage employees to participate in every step of work so that they can feel satisfied, recognized, and involved. Team members that feel more included and involved tend to feel important, and therefore they give more input and are more satisfied. They also feel more valued when their concerns are heard with less criticism and when they are motivated to achieve more through different forms of incentives (Chira, 2016). Lastly, I will ensure that I share my vision with the team members, before laying inclusive strategies of achieving the vision.

The questionnaire on leadership style helped me to realize where do I stand as a leader. I do sometimes think that Im too humble, and it does not give me the desired results being in the leadership role. I do debate to myself whether being a good team member is as equally essential or being a good leader when managing a team at the same time. The final score I received after the evaluation is 24, which falls under a democratic, participative leadership style.
Democratic and Participative Leadership
The result from the inquiry form was correct and matched with my leadership qualities. I do my homework on the problems to arrive at a decision, and at the same time, I will let my team give ideas and inputs to evaluate the decision. Most of the time, my choice is right, and I stick to it. But at times, I have seen situations where my conclusion on a problem or strategy may not be without flaws. Now comes the dispute between my ego to stick on to my decision with a few acceptable issues. Or to accept the reality and tailor or change my decision. A democratic leadership style gets people to do what you want to be done but in a way that theywantto do it (Martinuzzi, 2019, para. 14). I agree with this statement, and I have experienced this in my organization.
Pros and Cons
This type of leadership has both rewards and downsides to it. The advantage of this type of leadership skill is that you get the involvement of the team members and get more ideas from different minds. When you get the team involved, the results are more than expected. The one disadvantage at this type is that when in a crisis, the team acceptance and time to convince the direction might take more effort than the autocracy style of leadership.

The leadership style depends on the situation and the people being led. A leader may prefer to use a style he has read about or that which he has seen elsewhere. Most leaders use several leadership styles in their leadership journey, but there is always that one leadership style that dominates. Several leadership styles are commonly used like autocratic and authoritarian, democratic and participative and finally, the laissez-faire leadership style. There is a criterion used to determine one’s leadership style by answering some questions and interpreting the scores. Having scored 69% after answering the question is interpreted that I am a leader who uses the more democratic and participative leadership style. This is true because I involve my members though I am the one giving directions and making decisions. (mindtools,2020)
Driving innovation is one of the key tools of leadership that one needs to have. In a democracy, if a leader gives the right direction to his people and gives them an opportunity to be innovative and creative, they will positively impact technology.in my leadership I will impact the technology using democracy by expanding internet access in order to connect easily with my members. (Gandolfi et al., 2018)
I would use the democratic style in my organization by giving directions to my members on how to work as a team to promote cohesiveness and ensure that every member participates in running of the organization. I will also try as much as I can to be open to reduce the gap between members and me as their leader and in case of any conflicts, I will solve them amicably without favors.
