Below is the work breakdown structure of building a C919 airplane, and some of the information was referenced from Cohen (2018).

Gantt Chart
The Gantt Chart of the C919 project was create with Monday.com project management online too, and screen shots of details in this chart are shown below in Figure 2 a and b.
This C919 project contains four phases: strategy, design, development and execution. The strategy phase includes:

The phase 2, Design includes:
