2.0

2.1 Background

Currently, Canada does not have much Indian cuisine restaurants which provides quality Indian cuisine at

an affordable price. The opening of a Lajawab Restaurant that features Indian food with typical Indian

ambience will not only attract Indians but also other Canadian citizens. As the price is affordable, Indian

immigrants will get benefit as the main issue counts making food at first place. Indian cuisines are very

popular around the world. To invest in an India restaurant is a good business in Toronto.

2.2 Goals

Get 5.5 ratings from citys local website for more customers.

Design a comfortable environment mainly for students and office workers for evening chit chats.

Include all Indian authentic cuisine covering all main dishes.

Break-even in revenue after six months.

2.3 Scope

The scope includes to provide pure authentic Indian ambiance with organic ingredients. The project will

have all the facilities which include online delivery system, mobile application and website development.

Best staff will be hired having excellent skills in their field to maintain the quality of place. The marketing

plan of the restaurant would be design in such a way which attract more working-class people and

students. The location of the restaurant would be in heart of the city so that it is convenient for more

people.
