A plan for personal learning and development is the bridge between where you are currently and
where you aspire to be
In successfully completing this Assessment Task you will demonstrate:
o How to create a comprehensive plan for personal learning and development
throughout the work placement and thereafter; and
o How to evaluate personal work-related strengths and limitations in the context of
stakeholder management and employer expectations
Assessment Instructions
In one Word document you are required to include:
o A copy of a job advertisement for a role you would ultimately like to perform; and
o A breakdown of the essential elements personal attributes, qualifications, work
experience – of the job advertisement; and
o A 400-word learning & development plan outlining how you will acquire from your internship
any personal attributes or work experience that you currently do not possess.
