1) How are sedimentary rocks formed? What are the similarities and differences in the formation of limestone and shale.
2) What type of environment would be needed to form sandstone?
3) Is coal a form of sedimentary rock, metamorphic, or igneous?
4) Why cant we find oil everywhere? Why are the major oil fields found in certain locations on the earth?
5) A lot of different metals are used to make a computer, some of these are pretty rare. Why are these metals only found in certain locations on the earth? What are the economic impacts of their distribution on society?
6) What is fracking and is it safe?
