Wireless controllers e makes easier the management of WLAN. For example, the administrator will have access to WLAN configurations on the wireless controller, which gets pushed to the APs automatically. In case when one of the AP fails, the controller can be configured to adjust the transmit power on the other Access Points to restore Wi-Fi coverage. In addition, Quality of Service or QoS features make it easier to send voice over WLAN.

Modern-day sales are very mixed in all the mediums through which sales are conducted. If we differentiate the product or service being sold into non-standard and standard we see that non-standard sales are very technical(Darr, 2002). This would require multiple mediums of communication throughout the process. However, if you consider e-commerce giant like Amazon they have a majority internet-based sales.
The common form of communication is internet-based through email at the first stage. My organizations’ customer service issues are related to semiconductor products that it sells for the telecommunications and smartphone market. In my experience with customer reported issues, it is primarily related to software bugs that are found once they are integrated into their product. Apart from email, Salesforce software for Customer relationship management which creates tickets for any issues, concerns. This software is fantastic in my experience with prioritization, escalation, information sharing options built-in with real-time tracking.
