For each number you have to upload a picture stating what it is and put a 1-2 sentence description. I should be a total of 15 slides. Its a simple project. Match the number statement with a picture and write a description.

Create a PowerPoint Presentation using photos and your written description for each of the following
step. In your description you will have to include the product and tools/implements used. Use full
sentences and proper spelling and grammar. There will be 3 separate presentations. You can put more
than one photo on a page. Dont forget to give specific and thorough details. The more time and effort
you put into these projects the more credits you will earn. You can use the same photo if the step is the
same. Example: Putting on gloves or applying cleanser. You will be required to submit these
presentations on Blackboard. 3 separate projects.
1. Melted wax in heater to thickness of a caramel sauce
2. Prepare Facial table for waxing service
3. Placed a hair cap or headband on clients head
4. Put on disposable gloves
5. Removed clients makeup
6. Prepare clients skin for waxing service
7. Tested wax temperature and consistency
9. Using spatula, spread thin coat of wax over area to be treated
10. Apply a fabric strip over the waxed area
12. Run finger over fabric surface in direction of hair growth
13. Removed the fabric strip by pulling it in the direction opposite the hair growth
14. Removed remaining wax residue from skin with a gentle wax remover
15. Cleanse skin with mild emollient cleanser and applied emollient or antiseptic lotion
