Now a imagine a tribunal at the UNs International Criminal Court (ICC). The US government of the late 19th and early 20th centuries is on trial for committing genocide against Native Americans. (Ignore the fact that the ICC was not founded until 2002.) Make your case, either for the prosecution (yes, the US government committed genocide as defined by the UN) or the defense (no, the US government did not commit genocide as defined by the UN). Be sure to use evidence from the textbook and the two website documents.
