Executive Summary
The proposal that I am going towrite about is the social issues that are facing the world of technology. Technological advancements and the online sphere can be said to have created very many and immeasurable opportunities that are critical for expanding human behaviors and their experiences. This comes along with some risks and threats as well. Many impacts have come from technology, and in most cases, It is affecting the youths. It is, therefore, essential that such examples should be considered. There have been increased internet wrongdoings, which is a social issue that I am going to focus on. Internet wrongdoings have been on the rise over the last three years across the globe. Also, internet wrongdoings have got so many impacts that it poses on people. I will discuss the implications. For example, it has psychological and sociological implications resulting from the wrongdoing that comes from different online platforms.
The moral justification for this study is to help people avoid internet wrongdoing because of the many impacts that come from this, and in most cases, it usually affects the way people think and how they live. Many effects come as a resultof this, and people must avoid spreading wrongdoing when itcomes to social media. It is essential that the spreading of hate should be avoided because advancement in technology is meant to make things work for all people’s better. Therefore, social media and all the technological advances should be used to help people grow. There should be close monitoring of what is happening on social media, and those that are spreading wrongdoing should be punished by the law so that others can learn from there.
Introduction
The world is advancing in terms of technology, and this is a good thing as long as the technology will be used to better their lives. However, the same advancements are making people lose their social lives through some violating their social norms. In most cases, it has been seen that there exist some linkages in advances in technology and lack of moral issues. Also, there are some improvements despite posing a lot of advantages in solving some problems that exist in the world, and they are useful. However, the same advancements are posing threats to the life of the people. I am going to focus my study on internet wrongdoing, which many people may call it cyberbullying. This has become one of the most ethical issues and concern that has come due to the advancement of technology (Krylova, 2017).
However, the authorities must come up with ways to deal with such matters because failure to that they will be escalating every day. This problem is very significant to the general public and target audience because it posts many substantial negative impacts on the people who have suffered from cyberbullying. This, in some cases, may affect people for their entire lives.
Goals/Objectives
The first short-term goal that I want to achieve is to make sure that people who are using technological advancements, such as social media, can put very strong passwords to their information so that unauthorized people are not in a position to et the information. In most cases, what people can use against you is some very personal information that is negative that they may know about a person (Mller, Et., Al., 2019).
Then avoid such instances willbe very important in preventing the spreading of hate and doing cyberbullying. Passwords have proven to be the most way that is a very simple but efficient way that is very useful in this protection of the social issue.
The second goal is to keep the software updated. This plays a very vital role when it comes to ensuring that the information that is shared on the internet is secured. When one has updated software, it will notify the owner that a person has tried to tamper with the information they are not supposed to.Another thing a person will be notified of is that some hate speech has been shared without the individuals’ consent. When the software is updated there are many advantages that becomes along with it. Therefore every person must strive to work with software that is updated all the time especially when it comes to giving a person notifications (Nadim, Et., Al., 2019).
The long-term goal that I would like to achieve at the end of it all is being in a position whereby the children, as they are growing, are taught about the importance and challenges they will face when using social media. With these, once they are growing, they will be sure that hate in social media may happen and what they do with the hate is what will matter. When a child is exposed to some circumstances that they are not very well aware of and then there is some wrongful speech that is spread about them, some may go into depression as a result of this. It is important that when they are at tender ages they should be made to understand that these things always happen and they should have a better way of dealing with it. This will help avoid psychological impacts.
To ensure that the government has come up with essential policies to ensure that there is no single platform whereby hate speech will be spread. For those that will be caught spreading it, the law will take its cause in most cases. This isthe long run will help solve the issue of cyberbullying and internet wrongdoings. The government has got high influences and in case they say that the online platforms should not be used to spread hate speech, many people although not all at least they will hear what they have been said and they will abide with what because they are aware if they do not the law will take its cause and the repercussions will not be pleasing.
Needs/Barriers
Several resources are needed to make sure that the goals mentioned earlier are achieved. However, this brings some challenges when people are not in aposition to get these resources. This challenge of lack of enough resources makes many, although they have an idea about what they are supposed to do to curb online hating they are not able to do something meaningful. The issue of password requires a strong memory whereby the person is supposed to be remembering it when he wants to access social media and other information online.
Some usually tend toforget the password, which is why many opt to stay without passwords in safeguarding their information. Most people are not able to access personnel that can help them update their software anytime that they become obsolete. This poses a significant challenge to them.In most cases, the software experts may ask for some amount of money so that they can carry out the process. Many find this as a waste of resources, and this hinders achieving the goal (Williams, Et., Al., 2020, pp. 93-117).
There are so many advancements and changes that are happening in the field of technology. The information in terms of what a person is giving the children so that they can protect them from online hate when they grow up they may meet the field very different and such techniques may not be applicable.
There is a lot of bureaucracy before a policy is implemented, and it starts its operationalization. It is not easy to confront the government by telling them what they are supposed to do since this will act as if you are competing with them.
However, many barriers may make the goals to be seen as if they are not achievable, and it is good that we should press more regarding how to deal with these barriers because it is possible to deal with them. However, when dealing with these barriers, we must use multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral approaches so that everything can be sorted. A person cannot work alone and overcome these barriers. But when many stakeholders have different knowledge and skills regarding this, overcoming the challenges will not be hard because people will be rich in terms of knowledge about what is supposed to be done (Malmasi, 2017).
Procedures/Scope of Work
Even though these resources are very hard to be met when a person wants to complete the set goals, there must be proposed procedures that will be used to obtain these resources.
People should be trained on the basic knowledge about the importance of having a password. Many people are not aware of the procedure that can be used to set apassword that will make a person remember the password, as this is one reason why people hate having a password to protect their information. When people are trained on the importance of having a password, they will see the need, and they will strive to have a password that they will be remembered because of the role these passwords are playing.
Schools and universities must advocate the importance of having many IT personnel being trained. This is because the world is moving in that direction. Therefore, as many people as possible must be supposed to be recruited to take these jobs to give services that are dealing with updating the software (Rohlfing, 2017).
When there is much personnel with such skills, there will be competition in the market, and as a result of this, there will be reduced costs for the process. Therefore many people will be in aposition to afford it, and in the long run, it will be beneficial when it comes tohandling the issues of online hate crimes and cyberbullying as well.
The children must be notified about the changes that are bound to happen in technological advancements. However, there will be a lot of changes that may occur. There are some issues that, in most cases, they cannot change since they form the basis for technological advancements (Goodyear, 2017, pp. 285-302).
Therefore when the children know the basics, they will be in a significantly better position of adjusting to the changes in technology, unlike when they will not be in a position to know the basics. When children are taught and recruited at a very early stage, they will be in a position to acquire information that will be very helpful in their future, unlike when they will be taught the same concepts when they have grown up.
The issue of bureaucracy is tough to deal with, but it can be sold through using a very influential person. This will be in a better position to follow up on the issue of the policy because of the relationship that is existing between them and the government. With this, there will be a lot of policies that will come upthat will help to come up with many laws that will help solve wrongdoing and cyberbullying (Ashta, 2018).
The above must be dealt with because many people take advantage of nowadays since online platforms; in most cases, they are not regulated. There must be interventions so that online hate can be intervened, and there will be corrective measures. The specific social media platform that includes Facebook many times have tried to come up with policies that have helped in solving unethical behaviors, and in this, they have regulated hate speech many times (Burt, 2019). However, at some points, these measures have not proven to be more effective because, in some instances, one can see some hate speech being spread online despite having these measures. Therefore, this has posed a challenge that, however, there are policies, they must be updated to curb the issue altogether. All human beings should be respected despite race and any other factor that is always used when discrimination is happening (Rath, 2018).

.
There are a lot of stakeholders that will be very important when itcomes to implementing the project about the importance of curbing some social issues that include cybercrimes and internet wrongdoings.
All the stakeholders are critical. However, for any project to come to completion, there is always a need to support it. The government has got many influences in making the people at the grass-root level to be in a position to either accept the project or make it fall. The assignment after getting the government support, there will be those who will be at the grass-root level implementing it, for instance, community-Based organization, non-governmental organizations and the experts who are acting as the role models and those that will be talking to people from a factual point of view because they have interacted so much with the problem. They are in a position to know the issues that are associated with the social issue. The work that will be carried out by a community-based organization is to cause sensitization on the people so that they can know the importance of engaging and accepting the project. The work of the non-governmental organization as well can cause sensitization of the people at the grass-root levels. The organizations can as well give some funding that may be required for the project to be completed. All these are very important because they know how to engage with community members at the grass-root level. After all, the project is for the people who are in the community so that they can benefit from it (Oksanen, Et., Al., 2019).
Conclusion
The proposal about curbing social is the world is already advancing in terms of technologies. To be more specific, how to deny internet wrongdoings and cyberbully is a significant project. Bearing in mind that the world has grown so much in terms of technologies and there are still projections, there is continuity of technological advancements. Therefore, it is essential to come up with some measures that will help curb some social issues that may come from this. The proposal has talked about the social issue itself and the need for the problem to be solved. The resources are significant for this process as well. There are challenges, but there is always a solution to these challenges. The proposal has talked about the steps that are needed for it to come to completion. There is key personnel that is playing a vital role because without these people; it might be impossible when it comes tothe implementation of the proposed project (Alkiviadou, 2019, pp. 19-35).
