What would you do if you saw an employee treat another employee in a discriminatory manner?
I will keep an open mind by investigating complaints of an employee being discriminated to know whether it is true. I will interview the employees who are involved in the discrimination .I will start by talking to the employee who is treating another employee in a discriminatory manner. I will get details of what he or she did to the other employee or did, when and where and, if there was another employee involved. Then talk to the employee who was treated in a discriminatory manner. Moreover, I will interview anyone who witness the discriminatory act. Then follow the established procedures for an employee who was treating another employee in a discriminatory manner (Goldberg, 2012).

I will know what is going on between employee and customer. I will investigate to decipher whether the discrimination to customer was in form of unfair treatment or untimely service. Moreover, I will interview any witness whose employee discriminating customer. Then I will take appropriate action against the employee who discriminated customer.

Students should be aware of how to treat their peer who comes from various background.

An ethical decision- making is attaining goals of my business with large profit being used to pay employees. As an entrepreneur, I wanted to increase the profit of my business without a bad layoff. I never wanted to select some employees to lay off because some workers will take it as bad luck (Zerbeet al.,2008). Bad lay off can lead the remaining employees to reduce their job satisfaction, a decline in business loyalty and decrease in performance of the job.
What is the ethical dilemma caused by the situation?
The best course to resolve the dilemma is cutting the workforce by not replacing empty job positions. For example, I cannot hire a replacement for workers who are retiring or have left hence save a lot of money.

The positive consequences of the course of action are my business will reap economic benefits because of cutting costs of not paying workers salaries and benefits.
Positive and negative consequences of the course of action.

The negative consequences of the course of action are that reducing workers by not replacing retired one can discourage productivity and creativity. My business can lose a critical employee in a certain department (Zerbeet al.,2008). In addition, it can lead to an increase of stress to remaining employees because of overworking.
