The team management plan will describe how the team members for the project will be acquired and the length of time they will be needed for the project. The project team is the group of individuals who complete the work for the project and is overseen by the project manager. Project team members can be part time or full time, depending on the project and the organization. For example, a programmer working on an IT project may also be working on other projects so can dividing time between each project. A carpenter may be full time on a construction project during a specific phase.

Project Overview
Our company Life Line is a rapidly growing company that is looking to develop a new call center management system to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The new call center tool will be able to store as much information as possible such as Name of Owner/Insured, beneficiary information, values information, payment information and many different forms that can be sent out to the client with a click of a button. The Goal is to be able to utilize as much as we can in one system rather than using multiple different systems to complete a call. In a typical call center, the arriving calls are classified in different types, according to the required technical skill to answer the call, the language, importance of the call, etc. Call Centers Agents are also classified in skill groups according to the subset of call types they can handle. Calls arrive at random according to some stochastic process. When a call arrives, it may be assigned immediately to a Call Center agent that can handle it (if there is one available) or it may be put in a queue. When a Call Center agent becomes available, the agent may be assigned a call from one of the queues, or may remain idle. All these assignments are made according to some routing policy that often incorporates priority rules for the calls and Call Center agents. Our next Goal is for the caller information to automatically pull up when the call is answered. This will reduce call time and it will more efficient for the agent to go ahead and get the caller verified and assist the customer.
Team Positions
1. Product Owner The person who has the vision of the final product and convey it into a project team. 40 HOURS
2. Project Sponsor- provides all resources including budgeting and financial support. 40 HOURS
3. Stakeholders- people impacted
Primary Stakeholders- directly affected such as managers, team members, and clients.
Secondary Stakeholders- people with an indirect interest to the project such as competitors, or the government.
Key Stakeholders- dictates whether a project is a success or not.
4. Project Manager- responsible for planning, organizing and managing the project. 60 HOURS
5. Business Analyst- Extracting and anticipating the requirements of the business. 40 HOURS
6. Software Developers- responsible for designing software. Bringing the ideas to life. 60 HOURS
7. Quality Assurance Making sure application meets the business requirements. 50 HOURS
Acquisition of Team Members
For each team member the project manager gathers all information about current experience level of team member to compare it with the required experience level.

2. Project Sponsor/ Project Manager-
Proven working experience inprojectmanagement.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Business Analyst-
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
4. Software Developers-
3-5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications
Professional program certification in Java is strongly preferred
Experience working on large-scale software projects
Professional experience using cyber security and open source technology
Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including Java, C++, PHP and more
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
5. Quality Assurance-
Proven workexperience in software development
Proven workexperience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
