ENTJ is the letters that “label” my personality with the Meyer Briggs test.
Extravert (6%), iNtuitive (22%), Thinking (34%), Judging (50%).
ENTJ are said to be ones that the light and heat generated by the Thinking at the helm can be impressive; perhaps even overwhelming (Jung & Briggs-Meyers, 1998-2020, p. 2). I am the person that turns drill sergeant during a crisis or stressful time and fall apart once it is all done. When a lot of others panic, I am the cool, calm cucumber. I can maintain this strength for an extended period, and once that time is up, the stress releases in various ways.
I have very high expectations of myself and those on my team. I will help develop anyone that wants to improve, and yet have very little patience for mediocre. I believe this has helped in my career building strong teams. I am very proud of the teams I have served with and continue to lead. Analytical and thinking careers are best suited for someone with this personality type, and I have been in a few of those roles, from accounting to leadership. I have excellent labor relations skills, yet I find it unsettling. To always feel the pressure of negotiations or investigations causes chronic fatigue, and I do not enjoy working in that area full time.
I am a continuous learner and enjoy learning; however, if it is a subject that does not interest me, I will have difficulty retaining information. The benefits of working with ENTJ individuals can also be challenges. Communication can be harsh, direct, and without soft, or as I call it, “fluff and stuff.” Logical thinking with clear messages is essential to ENTJ’s. Those who work hard and want to develop with have the highest support and trust from ENTJ’s do not want to do anything but collect a paycheck should not be on the ENTJs team.
The assessment is accurate as can be as I am the one that completed the questions, so a self-proclaimed ENTJ. I feel as if it is me. I have overcome insecurities like self-confidence the longer I have been in my career, and feel I am the only one who will set the limits to where I can go.

Alyssa Lucas
INFJ
According to Jungs personality quiz, the four letters I was given were INFJ. Introverted suggests the direction of my energy in towards my own internal world (6%), intuition is how I perceives information towards the internal world (9%), feeling is the next letter that represent how I process information based on my own emotions (19%), and lastly judging reflects how I implement the information that was processed, meaning I am organized and well planned (22%). I do see some truth in these personality traits and according to the potential career path I have chosen the right path as a healthcare worker and now pursuing the administration side of healthcare. According to Jung, I also found a potential benefit is communication as well as open to other feelings and views is a great aspect to have but find it harder to communicate with more practical and less emotions. I dont necessarily agree with this being my weakness or fits my work personality I honestly think I am the opposite when it comes to work, however in my personal life I feel that this is more accurate.
