High Strain: If your score is above 26, you tend to feel an above average amount of
psychological strain at the end of a full day of classes.
There are several steps you can take to try to minimize the level of psychological strain
you feel. You could try to eliminate stressful demands that you experience from class
perhaps managing time on projects more efficiently or taking the right course load each
semester to spread out the more stressful courses. You could also work on minimizing
strains directlyperhaps try new relaxation techniques, follow a health and wellness
program, or try a new cognitive coping technique. 9/14/2020 Assignment Print View
